Thanks for your feedback, we completely understand where you’re coming from. Accessibility is incredibly important, and Ally was built with the intention of making it easier for all site creators to take that first step. That’s why the plugin remains free to install and includes essential accessibility tools right out of the box.

We did introduce a monthly visit limit to help ensure the service can remain sustainable long-term for everyone. Like many other plugins, there are optional paid plans for users who need expanded features or higher usage, but the core experience stays free, with no hidden charges.

We’re also still in a launch grace period and actively collecting feedback like yours to help us shape Ally’s future. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. While Ally is indeed a free plugin, we’ve introduced a monthly visit limit to help ensure a sustainable, high-quality service for all users—similar to the approach many plugins take. Our goal is to support accessibility as an ongoing effort, and Ally includes essential tools to help you get started without cost.

We’re currently in a launch grace period and actively gathering feedback from users like you to better understand real-world needs. This means we may adjust the quota as we learn more. If your sites require a higher limit or more advanced features, optional paid plans are available.

We appreciate you giving Ally a try and are always open to hearing how we can make the experience better.

I’m getting this notice on php_debug when I load my page:

Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the restropress domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/storage/5/6d/bf/pastelarianativa1/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6121

Let me know if I’m doing something wrong.

(woo-hc) Hi @pstidsen,

Thank you for the clear explanation. I understand your hesitation about setting up a staging site, but even minor factors like caching can sometimes trigger unexpected issues. A staging site helps rule out such variables by allowing us to test with just the core WooCommerce setup.

I know the issue with disappearing hooks is already frustrating, and your concern is completely valid. However, we’d still appreciate it if you could create a staging site with caching disabled, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, switch to the Storefront theme, and then check if the issue persists. This will help us isolate the root cause more effectively.

Where do you see that in WP Crontrol? And can you see the reason for the unscheduling.

Regarding your question, there appears to have been a misunderstanding. What @shahzeenfarooq was suggesting is that you install the WP Control plugin so you can track your scheduled actions and cron jobs. This may help identify if there’s any logged information explaining why the hook you mentioned is being removed.

We really appreciate your cooperation so far, and we’ll be looking forward to hearing your feedback and observations after running the suggested tests.

WordPress database error Unknown column ‘type’ in ‘WHERE’ for query SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_statistics_pages WHERE type = ” made by require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘plugins_loaded’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WP_Statistics->plugin_setup, WP_Statistics->includes, require_once(‘/plugins/wp-statistics/includes/class-wp-statistics-install.php’), WP_STATISTICS\Install->__construct, WP_STATISTICS\Install::init_page_type_updater, WP_STATISTICS\Install::is_require_update_page, WP_STATISTICS\Install::get_require_number_update

Indeed the ‘type’ column is missing, I can see in the database table on this site compared to working site… seems like there is part of the install/upgrade script that might not have run?

I can’t seem to find that install/optimize db button within wp-statistics settings we used to have?

Saludos

When I add products to the cart, everything works correctly. However, when I apply a voucher or coupon, the price resets to the standard value and ignores the “Price by Quantity & Bulk Quantity Discounts for WooCommerce” settings.

This started happening after I updated WordPress and WooCommerce to the latest versions.

Is there anything i can do?
Have this happend before?

Best regards,
